It’s been a while since I’ve posted anything on here and of course for my first post in a while it shall be a rant!
Now I know how to keep it together….sometimes but lately its been getting harder and harder. I’m usually the type of person who just bottles up everything and just leaves it alone until something happens and I snap and usually at the wrong people. The last few weeks have been hard with my dad having knee surgery and me being the one who stays home during the day, unless its Tuesday or Thursday when I have classes, and helping him with little things because he can barely walk and such. But now hes getting better but I’m still having to do things for him which I don’t mind, but I have thousands of other things to do most of the time. Besides school I have a shitty job with no hours which leaves me with no money most of the time, and I have to mostly do everything around the house with no help from anyone else. I feel as if I have no time at all. I have time for everyone else but I never have time for myself. I would like to make some time to read my Bible and then just read for fun. But like I said I feel as if time is against me and wants me to fail every friggin’ time!
I would love to have just a day where I can rest and just be myself without doing everything for everyone because I’m too damn nice. I pray that one day that will come and I can just sit and do nothing. Without any outside annoyances or things taking me away from my “me time.”
silly disclaimer: please read the whole thing before you start freaking out:)
Why do you care if we’re a christian band? Is it that important to you? It’s the same music, either way, so why do you only want to listen to it if it’s labeled that way? If the music inspires you, if listening to…
“Religion has misrepresented the nature of Father God and portrayed Him to be something He is not. The idea that Father is the vengeful arm of the Trinity and that Jesus is the compassionate One pleading for our undeserved pardon, is not only harmful to our relationship with God, by runs totally contrary to the teaching of Jesus.”—Jack Frost “Experiencing Fathers Embrace” (via salempeters)
Why is dubstep considered music? It’s like a DJ messed up scratching a record and kept repeating until he got smart and decided to use old sci-fi movie quotes and weird beats…wait a minute thats called techno! So what is the difference between this new annoyance in modern music and something thats been around since the 80’s?
